I. Orders
The means of order are as follows:

- By mail (payment by cheque) to Mondo Graphics - 7, rue Choron - 75009 PARIS - FRANCE
II. Delivery period
The average time of delivery is 2 to 3 days for France (sending with Colissimo - french Post Office) and 4 to 7 days for the foreigner (registered priority sending), but it does not constitute a time of rigour and we will not be able to see our committed responsibility in the event of delay of delivery independent of our will (strikes or another case of absolute necessity).
Warning ! if you choose to pay by cheque, the order will not be treated until due payment of the cheque and the delivery time will run consequently
III. Availability
The posters presented on this site are normally available. Many titles are available in stock only in one specimen, the orders will thus be treated by order of arrival.
IV. Delivery
The delivery is carried out by the Post office. The handing-over of the product is made with the address indicated by the customer at the time of his order or by an opinion of provision in the absence of the customer.
If however a customer wishes to be delivered by a faster conveyor of his choice, that remains possible with the proviso of having a clients' account at the aforementioned conveyor and of regulating the entirety of the transport charges whatever the amount of the order.
V. Payment
The payment of your order can be carried out by:
- Bank card: Blue Card, Visa, Master Card, American Express
- By bank check or postal in euros, imperatively drawn on a bank domiciled in France
- Credit transfer
VI. Shipment cost
Shipment cost for FRANCE
Shipment cost 12 € (registered Colissimo) or 20 € rolled posters
Shipment cost outside FRANCE and French Overseas territories
Shipment cost 20 € for folded posters (registered priority mail) or 40 € for rolled posters (Federal Express)
VII. Safety
For the payments carried out by credit card our website is fully secured
VIII. Price
- All the orders, whatever their origin, are payable in euros.
- Mondo Graphics reserves the right to modify its prices constantly but the posters will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time of the recording of the order and subject to their availability.
IX. Validation
When you click on the button VALIDATE after the process of order, you state to fully accept this one as well as the entirety of these General Conditions of Sale without reserves.
The data recorded by www.mondographics.net constitute the proof of the whole of the transactions passed between the company Mondo Graphics and its customers.
X. Law
This contract is subjected to the French law. In the event of litigation, the French courts are only qualified
